Renovation Brightwater
This tranquil setting surrounded by lush gardens was perfect for this garage conversion, resulting in a self contained Cottage that serves Family, Guests or AirBnB. Making great use of this previously under-utilised space, the clients needs are now met with a modern style farmhouse, polished timber floors and a rural outlook.
Landscaping Brightwater
This stunning property already had beautifully manicured grounds with mature trees. The owner wanted to add to this park like setting with the addition of a Victorian style Glasshouse, boxed vegetable gardens, a tiled swimming pool, timber pergolas and extra hardscaping to finish the look.
